Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Finite Dating's member service. Restaurant partners enter a separate commercial agreement.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to accept these terms, provide accurate information, and maintain only your own account. Keep account access secure and promptly tell us about suspected misuse. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice; optional processing is requested separately.
What Finite provides
Finite offers limited introductions, a time-limited chat, date planning, and optional venue coordination. Matching and verification are decision-support features, not guarantees. We do not guarantee a match, response, compatibility, date, venue availability, identity, enrolment, background, personal safety, or relationship outcome.
Your profile and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Finite a limited licence to host, display, transmit, moderate, and process it only to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice. Do not impersonate another person; harass, threaten, stalk, dox, coerce, scam, solicit, discriminate against, or exploit anyone; upload illegal or non-consensual sexual content; use the service while underage; evade a block or suspension; scrape the service; or misuse another person's information.
Chat, reports, and real-world meetings
Chat remains visible for 24 hours. A restricted safety copy may remain for the period stated in the Privacy Notice, and necessary evidence may be retained for an active report, dispute, or legal hold. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted; automated safety systems and trained reviewers may access necessary content for moderation, a report, a security incident, or a legal requirement. Another person can copy or screenshot what you send. Use Block and Report when needed, meet in a public place, tell someone you trust, and contact emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
Calendar and venues
Google Calendar connection is optional. Free/busy access is requested separately and can be disconnected. Without it, you may enter availability manually. Restaurants are independent businesses responsible for their premises, food, alcohol, licensing, charges, and fulfilment. Finite shares only information necessary to coordinate a selected date.
Prices, cancellations, and refunds
The checkout screen states the price, currency, included service, cancellation terms, and any venue spending before purchase. Venue spending is separate unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Refunds, credits, expiry, no-show treatment, and taxes follow the offer displayed at purchase and applicable law. Digital purchases in the iOS app may also be subject to Apple's payment rules.
Suspension, deletion, and changes
We may limit or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, payment disputes, or serious or repeated rule breaches. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and appeal route. You may initiate account deletion in the iOS app when launched. Some narrowly defined safety, dispute, payment, or legal records may remain as described in the Privacy Notice. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and request renewed acceptance where required.
Responsibility and law
Finite does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any limitation must be reasonable under Singapore law and will not reduce mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by Singapore law, and disputes are subject to the Singapore courts after the parties first try to resolve the issue through support@finite.dating.
