Finite Dating
Safety & Community Guidelines
Finite is for respectful, consensual introductions between adults. Verification reduces uncertainty; it never guarantees safety.
Effective 18 July 2026 · Pre-launch version
Respect and consent
Respect boundaries, accept a no immediately, and do not pressure anyone for contact details, money, sexual activity, substances, or a meeting. Hate, harassment, threats, stalking, impersonation, scams, doxxing, trafficking, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited.
Before meeting
Use a public venue, arrange your own transport, tell someone you trust where you are going, keep valuables secure, and do not send money. Leave if you feel uncomfortable. Verification means only that the named check passed at that time.
Block and report
Block stops the connection. Report creates a restricted safety case and may include selected message evidence. Report promptly because ordinary chat closes after 24 hours and the restricted safety copy has a defined retention period. Call local emergency services when there is immediate danger; an in-app report is not an emergency service.
